The book is currently mostly based on two datasets: (1) World and (2) Easter Island. I am not entirely happy with the Easter Island data as it is sometimes hard to find good variables for it. What do you think about changing it to some small(-ish) European country? I've been thinking of Slovenia as they have a diverse geography and a lot of their data is available (https://ipi.eprostor.gov.si/jgp/data). We then could show some data on three scales: World/continental(Europe)/local(Slovenia). What do you think @mtennekes @olivroy?

Happy with that, although I don't know Slovenia (yet, but using those data is handy to get to know it).
