Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently there is no way to pick only the modified buffers.
It would be helpful to have the ability to pick buffers listed with :ls +

Describe the solution you'd like

Toggling between all and modified buffers with a keymap.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Ability to pick buffers with something like "modified_only" flag.
