🐛 [firestore-bigquery-export] Updating Dataset and function location options

What feature would you like to see?

Adding the supported regions as described in
https://cloud.google.com/bigquery/docs/locations

How would you use it?

Specifically searching for middle east options, for setting both the location of the dataset and function

As an aside, i tried installing the extension through with allowed parameters, then changing the relevant env file for the extension and deploying. I encountered the following issues

• create users-v2-export
