Integrate AI Readiness with OSR/InnerSource

I've surfaced this view with several folks from the AI Readiness group that we should keep our public-facing FINOS "knowledge" projects in a single microsite. This would improve search-ability, SEO and allow for better link & information consistency.

For reference, we currently have
