Error Overlay in preview

If the console isn't open, people may not know there are errors. For full fledged apps, vite should show an error or there should be an error boundary or something, but in the simple app case it would be nice to have an error overlay of some kind. Would be very cool if there were inline buttons to open the error code in the editor as well.
