Thanks for the report, do you have an example of a level that doesn't work?

What version of trview are you using? You can check in Help->About. I was able to load all of those levels. To confirm these are the ones I tried:
https://trcustoms.org/levels/3187
https://trcustoms.org/levels/3611
https://trcustoms.org/levels/3339

If you try to load one of the levels then click the Save button in the Log window, save the file and then send that over that could help. You can send it in a Discord DM if you don't want it public, it will have file paths in it but nothing more identifying than that.

Yeah, these links are levels that I tested with trview (also tried with The Lost Emeperor level and gives error too)

I don't see a Save Log section on the program, also I didn't found a log on AppData folder or somewhere else

There's a Log window you can open through the Window menu. After you open a level (or try to) you can use the Save button.

Thanks. I think it's failing to load the sound effects. I can make it ignore this failure as sound effects aren't essential.

I still haven't been able to replicate the error. The version of The Lost Emperor level1.tr2 that you have in your log has 11 extra textures, do you know where you got it from? Ones from trle and trcustoms both work for me.

I usually download levels from trcustoms, I also tried trle.net but error still presents.

Could you attach one of the levels here please? Then I can try it locally, make sure I'm testing the right file

I can't, when I attach a files GitHub says that level1.tr2 isn't a valid file to upload

It will probably work if you zip the file and upload that. I think GitHub limits file types you can attach to comments.

Ok here you are:

level1.zip

Is that definitely the right one? It's the same size as the one I already have and it loads fine. The path in the log you sent was for C:\Program Files (x86)\Core Design\Tomb Raider II Custom 2\data\level1.tr2, is it that one?

Just have to check because if the file is identical it changes what the bug could be.
