Currently, when a package is changed, there is no way to find out which packages depend on it. That might be an important thing to do in case of an important bug fix, for example.
There should be an API function that takes a path to a Registry or an installation folder as an argument
There should be a user command ]ListDependingsPackages that, by default, checks one or more packages on the [tatin] server but can address any server or all known ones.
