Hi @vincr04! thanks for the question. The short answer is, no never tried it... what you might run into trouble is that you might not be able to provide enough illumination to your sample, in case you are using the inverted microscope in transmission mode... Another point is that we haven't been working in FlyPi development for some years now... if you want an inverted microscope with an active community I would suggest having a look at OpenFlexure (https://openflexure.org) |

Hello, I was wondering if you had ever tried to fit your Peltier setup on an inverted microscope. Do you think it might be possible to just "flip" the base with Peltier & fan and put it on top of the sample? Or would you recommend to adapt the base first. Is this something that you have ever tried? Thanks!
