It's is not a bug, it's a feature! So non-chromiums can't seem to parse that time-string, so it is shown as is, chromiums seem to understand/parse it though!

Well then, they should probably get a better parser, no? I mean, certainly it's a feature the IDE shows the debug stream even in case it has broken timestamps, but these aren't broken - demonstrably, they can be parsed...
