Issues with website and download

Website is blocked and isn't working. It keeps giving me the message that it's block or "The webpage at https://make-sure-the-house-is.spotless.cl/a/hvtrs8%2F-bkrwtcrmu%2Cirv44%2Cngt- might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." I am unable to access it and when I went to download Asteroid V3 in hopes that would work, nothing was functional, I couldn't use the search bar and all the Emulaters had nothing and would say "practice." If I could have these issues fixed soon that would be nice.
