[Bug]: CPU-Z Download Location Moved, Breaking Packages

Prerequisites

• I have written a descriptive issue title.
• I have searched all issues/PRs to ensure it has not already been reported or fixed.
• I have verified that I am using the latest version of Scoop and corresponding bucket.

Package Name

cpu-z

Expected/Current Behaviour

The Behavior is:

Installing 'cpu-z' (2.14) [64bit] from 'extras' bucket
The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
URL https://download.cpuid.com/cpu-z/cpu-z_2.14-en.zip is not valid

Steps to Reproduce

scoop install cpu-z

Possible Solution

The reported download location in the error is:
https://download.cpuid.com/cpu-z/cpu-z_2.14-en.zip
The current version instead, resides at:
https://cpuid.com/downloads/cpu-z/cpu-z_2.14-en.zip

They evidently are not using a "download" subdomain in the URL now; so I project that the manifest would be fixed if the URL(s) are replaced accordingly. I also anticipate that this will break any old manifests for the popular utility. Thus, manifests of old verss. will have to be updated, to fix them too.

That's really what it gave me.  I installed the whole thing about two days ago.
