Some images fail in processing - common cases include
NORDFIT keyword not set
mopheader not created
This prevents the objects that fall within their FOV being measured for astrometry/photometry.

A script needs to check all images for the presence of a properly created header and MOPheader and produce a summary report of those that fail. It might be a better home to write this as a function in a related but separate script that calculating the arc for all objects and reporting images that have not been measured.

Extra bonus for auto-submitting the failed images for reprocessing, but that might need to wait on the setup of MOP5 on CANFAR.
