I was looking in diagnostics and noticed.

GnuPG
This tool tests whether your GnuPG is set up correctly or not.

GnuPG installation and settings…FAIL: Issues with the key/passphrase
GnuPG version: 2.2.40

Is this an issue? How do I troubleshoot if it is?

Not an issue if you are not using gpg functionality. Try to delete the gnupg host dir.
What OS system are you using?
