Option to just take a screenshot, and show a clickable notification that allows you to markup the previously taken screenshot

This is a lot like how KDE's Spectacle does it, and it would be quite convenient. You would just take a screenshot, and only mark it up if you wanted to. This would mean you don't have to have separate shortcuts for taking different types of screenshots with and without Watershot versus just Grim.
