Injection or Patch location tracking

I need to do both injections and patches. For my use case the patches are more relevant, but for injections the functionality is the same.

Whenever I use a patch I need to choose a location. This is usually on my thigh or upper arm, with the limb divided in multiple sections. Once a location has been used I want to not use that location for as long as possible to allow the skin to heal.

It would be really nice to be able to track the location where I placed a patch together with each instance of taken medicine.
This can then be represented on a graphical readout or table that keeps track of it for x amount of weeks. Allowing me to pick the spot that has been allowed to heal for the longest amount of time.
