This feature depends on #302 and #303

Create a dropdown where all collections from settings.json are loaded.
If you change the collection in the dropdown change show the collection in the sidebar.
Add the buttons of Add the functionality to open a collection in frontend #302 and Add a create button to create a collection and create a collcetion #303 in the dropdown with the same functionality.
