Support Open Audio registry format

OwlPlug should support Open Audio registry format for plugins distribution.

OwlPlug is supporting OwlPlug Store and OwlPlug Registry distribution format. Supporting 3 formats is too much, the OwlPlug Store will be removed.

There is some overlapping areas between OwlPlug Registry distributon format and internal data model in the application. The OwlPlug Registry spec and internal model should be extended to support Open Audio capabilities.

if anything is relevant to open audio you can just edit the open audio registry spec and make a pull request there instead.

It's more a reminder for me to extend internal OwlPlug model to support capabilities defined in the Open Audio spec.
