Future of this repo / clarify README

Background: #5 didn't take off.

In addition to this repo, there is a flat collection of all TEI files available at:

• https://github.com/DHBern/parzival-static-api/tree/master/dist/api/tei/flattened
• https://dhbern.github.io/parzival-static-api/api/tei/flattened/{$id}.xml

(in addition to various derivative formats that are consumed by the frontend).

Given the lacking Git control in eXist it would be good to use these files in order to have a single source of truth. Consequently, we could remove these files from this repo.

This would still leave the question what to do with the ODD file and other TEIPublisher-related stuff, for which we don't have a good way to control the source currently.

Let's discuss f2f.

Let's rewrite the README once there is a bit more clarity on the role of this repo in the general workflow and deployment to eXist/TEIPublisher.
