I often use this framework.

Various constraints need to be considered when using genetic algorithms in design problems.

It is convenient to have a function that can specify the range of continuous ground like a Simulated Binary crossover function in Blend crossover function.

So I suggest a crossover function "cxBlendBounded" with a range specification added to the "cxBlend"
