Output cice grid in a seperate file #470

Currently, we don't save the cice grid in model output, it's only available as model input.

This is confusing and problematic as:

model can change the grid at run time
model will calculate angles, areas etc internally depending
input grid uses radians (which is confusing and not cf-compliant)
its problematic for ensuring consistency with the mom grid (folks doing analysis often assume they are identical without checking)

We should update to a build including CICE-Consortium/CICE#1005 and turn this on in the namelist
