Description of the feature / 需求描述

在NAS使用CloudSync --> alist webdav --> quark 上传海量文件时 IO占用往往会过高, 这会把NAS卡得无法动弹,

当然, 基于HDD的设备才有这个问题, SSD是正常的

这个修改不具备通用性, 所以我不会提PR, 只是提供修改建议, 希望日后能有所改进
